We are living for the 'Selling Sunset' girls' ultimate self-care hack—especially after all that drama

The cast of Selling Sunset by the pool in Palm Springs/ in season 6/ in a pink template

If the return of Selling Sunset season 6 has taught us anything, it's that eye masks are essential for recovering from all sorts of drama...

Yes, after reuniting with the Oppenheim Group and meeting newbies, Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi—the gals gave us a lesson in self-care. Following a particularly dramatic evening during their group trip to Palm Springs (in episode 9), Emma, Chrishell (who just married her partner, G-Flip!) and Amanza, clad in white towel dressing gowns gathered for a morning debrief.

As they recovered from the antics, the trio applied bright pink eyemasks to their under-eyes, while they spilled the tea over blueberry pancakes, and now we need some in our own beauty arsenal. Here's where to shop the Selling Sunset girls' eyemasks...

Where to shop eye masks like the ones on 'Selling Sunset'

While we know a good self-care day can work wonders on our bodies, minds and souls, sometimes it can be tough to know where to start to bring on those relaxing vibes.

Well, if we take cues from Chrishell and the rest of the crew, skincare is the way to go! And while you can slather on your best moisturizers and hyaluronic acid serums, the glamorous real estate agents just made a case for cooling and jelly-like eye masks.

As the name implies, an eye mask is applied to your undereye area—hence their angled, crescent moon shape. You can either apply them at the beginning of your skincare routine, or at the end—just before your makeup—we'd recommend the latter or wearing some alongside a face mask. And our top tip: keep them in a mini fridge for skincare so that you get the ultimate chill experience. They also make for a fun bonding moment with friends, because well they look pretty bizarre.

In the case of Chrishell, Amanza, and Emma though, they applied their eyemasks straight after waking up, with Emma telling Chrishell: "It's making you feel good in the morning"—which we all need, to be honest.
