We applied for Ant and Dec's ITV gameshow and hope we made the Limitless Win cut

The first season of Ant and Dec's Limitless Win had contestants climb their way to a potential 2.8 million pounds - and now they are casting for new participants for the show.

ITV has confirmed they are looking for confident, dynamic and competitive duos with a mix of strengths and personalities to play the Limitless Win game. So, we thought, why not us?

Glasgow Live got the lowdown on the application process for Limitless Win. Read on for more information on how to apply for the show.

Stage One - The boring part

The usual details are needed for Ant and Dec's Limitless Win:

  • Full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email address
  • Password

And this is required for both applicants who are planning on going on the show.

Other criteria includes:

  • Over 18 at the time of application

  • Are not a live-in partner or immediate relative (e.g. (half, step or full) mother, son, daughter, brother or sister) of an employee of the Producer, or a person working on the Series for the Producer.

  • Have the right to lawful residence in the UK (by way of being a UK citizen or with proper and valid visa/right to remain status in the UK, whether on an indefinite basis or otherwise)

You are also asked for your pronouns, home address and current occupation.

Stage Two - This is where it gets interesting...

Next up are the more intriguing questions in the application process. These are:

  • What is your relationship to each other?

  • If you are not family, how did you meet and how long have you known each other?

  • Tell us what makes your relationship unique

  • How would your friends and family describe each of you?

  • What are your hobbies and interests - both shared and individual?

  • Why have you applied for Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win?

  • Why do you think you’d be good at this particular game?

  • How far up the money ladder do you think you could get? Do you have a strategy?

  • What lifeline would you most like to use, and why?

  • Would you rather take a low amount of money home or crash out attempting to play for big money? Why?

  • How do you think you complement each other as team members? (ie is one of you more competitive that the other? Or calmer? Do you have different sets of knowledge? Or are different ages? Etc.)

  • Limitless Win wants to ensure we include everyone from all backgrounds on our shows. Tell us about yourself and what you would bring to the show that is unique or different?

  • Tell us one thing about each of you that would surprise us - it could be an unusual hobby, a strange habit or phobia, a funny celebrity encounter, a hidden talent or anything else you'd like to share!

  • How much money would you want to walk away with and why? (ie is there something specific you want the money for? Or do you have a set amount in mind that would be life-changing for you?)

After all these questions - yes, there's more - we get to an even more exciting part of the process. Read on below.

Stage Three - Show us your best side

In the next stage of applying, you must upload a photo of the pair of contestants, as well as singular photos. Then, comes the video portion.

Top tips for this video submission are:

  • Please record this with your team member as we want to see you together in the video
  • Record your video in Landscape (phone on side)
  • Make your video 2-3 minutes maximum
  • Introduce yourselves or each other, tell us how you know each other and a bit about yourselves, and let us know why you should be on the show
  • Have fun, this is your time to shine!

Then, you can add your social media handles and then you are all complete. Limitless Win will get back in contact if you have been successful thereafter - so fingers crossed for the Glasgow Live team.

Limitless Win is back for another series on ITV, featuring hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. You can watch the previous season on ITV Hub.
