Maguire received boos from England fans last week at Wembley in a fresh blow to his morale. The centre-back has struggled for form at United all season, but the booing of Maguire during the international break was widely condemned from all quarters.
The 29-year-old's credentials to captain United have been questioned this term and he's been subjected to unprecedented scrutiny in his career to date. It has been a season to forget for Maguire but he responded well against Leicester across the weekend.
