Wayne Rooney and Alan Shearer both believe that Harry Kane will go onto be inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame.
The former marksmen are two of the first 16 players to be welcomed into the hall of greats after enjoying truly remarkable careers. Whilst there are plenty ahead of Kane on the waiting list for the honour - plus, we'll have to wait for his retirement before consideration - the Tottenham striker is someone who could be recognised for his contribution to England's top division.
At least that's what Rooney and Shearer think, anyways. When asked who could be future inductees, the former England international's both answered the same three players: “Current Premier League players who I think can be future inductees, I’d have to go for Kevin de Bruyne, Mo Salah and Harry Kane," said Rooney.

Shearer added: “If I was to pick three current players to go into the Hall of Fame one day, I would go for Kevin de Bruyne, Mo Salah and Harry Kane. They’re all fantastic players.”
Although Kane hasn't had the same level of team success as de Bruyne and Salah have, he does boast three Golden Boots, and he has the highest goals-to-games ratio of any previous winners, scoring 29 goals in just 30 games in the 2016-17 season.
His future at Tottenham is likely to be questioned again this summer as he bids to win silverware before it's too late, but if he does remain in the Premier League, he'll be on course to break Shearer's all-time record of 260 goals.
