While terraced properties sold for an average of £301,000, with semi-detached properties fetching £413,079. Overall, sold prices in Hoylake over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 10% up on the 2020 peak of £288,780.
Despite there being no data available for detached properties such as the Deneshey Road home, currently sold and under offer listings provide an outlook on the price of detached homes. Properties within a 0.1mile radius sold in the last year for £700,000 , £611,000 and £495,000.
Images show that the home is split across two levels and sits on a generous plot of land that wraps around the property. On the ground floor there's a long kitchen/diner that leads to the garden through French doors.
