Waterfront home for sale just a stone's throw away from beauty spots

The four bedroom detached house, on Deneshey Road, Hoylake, is within walking distance of the region's most popular beauty spots. From the home Parade Gardens are visible and not too far away is Meols parade leading to the beach.

Its coastal location means Caldy beach, West Kirby beach, Hilbre island ad the Royal Liverpool Golf Club are also local haunts just moments away. Despite it being close to many amenities, it's described as being in a "quiet and highly desirable" area. The home is listed with Karl Tatler for £650,000.
