A corruption watchdog has launched an investigation into how a man who murdered a mother and daughter was able to own guns.

Registered firearms owner Mark Bombara, 63, fatally shot Jennifer Petelczyc, 59, and her 18-year-old daughter Gretl, in their Perth home before taking his own life on May 24, 2024.
