With the start of a new season, the Miami Dolphins, the players, coaches and fans were eagerly awaiting the first time that the team stepped on the field in 2022 with an improved roster and a new head coach.
Cornerback Xavien Howard is entering his seventh season with the Dolphins, and he still clearly has that passion for the game that’s seen him become one of the best players at his position.
During Miami’s Week 1 matchup against the New England Patriots, Howard was mic’d up, and throughout the game, he showed excitement for his teammates and his drive to compete.
Seeing Howard’s reaction to his tipped ball that was intercepted by Jevon Holland was awesome. We don’t typically see that energy from the former Baylor cornerback.
