The Golden State Warriors are looking to bounce back after losing their opening game to the Phoenix Suns. They face the Sacramento Kings on Friday, Oct. 27. Draymond Green will miss the contest as he continues to recover from an ankle sprain he suffered at the start of training camp.
As such, Steve Kerr and his team have been busy putting in the hard miles during practice sessions. There are still rotation spots up for grabs, and a new offensive and defensive system means everybody is adjusting on the fly. The Warriors YouTube account recently gave us a closer look at the work being put in behind the scenes via a mic’d up training session.
In the video, Steve Kerr puts his team through their paces. Gary Payton II is one of the more vocal members of the roster and is providing energy and leadership. While some of the team’s elder statesmen, such as Steph Curry, work on some skill-specific aspects of their game.
