A quarterback and wide receiver building chemistry is extremely important, and Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill and wide receiver Dez Fitzpatrick are already hard at work trying to do just that.
Tannehill and Fitzpatrick were recently down in Florida together working out, which was captured by Austin Laszewski (austin.8k on Instagram) in both photos and video (click the arrow on the right of the Instagram post below to see photos and video of Tannehill and Fitzpatrick at work).
A 2021 fourth-round pick of the Titans, Fitzpatrick had a quiet first season in Nashville, but general manager Jon Robinson has said he was impressed with the strides the Louisville product made during the season. However, he remains a true wild card for Tennessee in 2022.

If Fitzpatrick wants to garner more playing time and looks in 2022, this is a great way to go about it. Tannehill also has a vested interest in Fitzpatrick’s improvement, as the veteran signal-caller needs to rebound following last season and needs all the help he can get to get the Titans over the hump.
Tannehill and Fitzpatrick aren’t the only Titans putting in extra work. Backup quarterback Logan Woodside recently posted a photo of himself, A.J. Brown, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and others working out together.

The Titans’ offense will make-or-break the team’s 2022 campaign with the defense expected to be a near-elite unit. Hopefully this extra work pays dividends down the road.
