Tennessee Titans players aren’t the only ones putting in work during the team’s organized team activities (OTAs) this week, as head coach Mike Vrabel was getting some punches in on the heavy bag recently.
Titans players arrived at Saint Thomas Sports Park on Monday for the start of OTAs, which saw the team practice on Monday and Tuesday before getting an off day on Wednesday.
Tennessee will pick things back up on Thursday before returning for three days from May 31 through June 2, and then the Titans will conclude OTAs from June 6-9.
On Wednesday, Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan posted a video of his head coach hitting the heavy bag at the team’s facility, which we’re sure Vrabel will be thrilled with.

Vrabel scores a decent grade for punch quality, but he needs to improve his footwork.
After OTAs, the Titans will have their mandatory minicamp from June 14-16, and then training camp will take place in late July.
