A Northern Ireland teenager is set to be honoured at tonight's Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards after saving the lives of her father and a family friend.

Lucy Montgomery from Armagh saved the pair after they were swept away by treacherous river currents when on holiday with her family in France.

The 15-year-old has received the Teenager of Courage award after the ordeal.
