NEW DELHI: All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is known for his three-dimensional ability on the field for Team India, and the first ODI against the West Indies on Thursday was no exception.
First, Jadeja played his part in the collapse of the West Indies batting line-up by taking three wickets (3/37 in six overs), resulting in the hosts bundling out for just 114 in 23 overs. He was also present with the bat in the middle, scoring 16 not out, when skipper Rohit Sharma hit the winning runs, a four off Gudakesh Motie in the 23rd over as India won the contest by 5 wickets.
