Puka Nacua caught 30 passes in his first three games, a historic start to his career. The one thing that was missing was a touchdown, but that changed on Sunday afternoon.
In overtime with the game tied 23-23, Nacua lifted the Rams to a dramatic victory over the Colts with a walk-off touchdown. He found a hole in the defense, caught the pass from Matthew Stafford and burrowed his way into the end zone for six points, giving the Rams the win in overtime.
It was the perfect time for his first career touchdown, ending his day with nine catches, 163 yards and that touchdown in OT. He’s been one of the best rookies in the NFL this season, notching his third 100-yard game already in just four weeks.
