If your favorite NFL team is looking for a big-play pass-catcher in next year’s draft, Oklahoma’s Marvin Mims would like a word.

Anyone who doubts Mims’ ability to win in contested-catch situations due to his small stature might want to roll back the tape from his performance Saturday night against Texas Tech.

Not only did Mims rack up 162 yards and two touchdowns on just five receptions, but he also delivered an incredible one-handed catch that could make a strong case for the best catch of the year in college football.

Mims shouldn’t have to wait long to hear his name called in the 2023 NFL draft, and whichever teams lands him will get an immediate boost to their offensive firepower.
