Watch live as Donald Trump returns to New York state court on Wednesday 25 October as the former US president’s lawyer and fixer testifies against him in a civil fraud case.

On his first day on the witness stand in his former employer’s blockbuster fraud trial, Mr Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen ended his testimony with a heated exchange with attorneys determined to undermine him.
