Everyone loves a tasty takeaway now and again.
But these days, with so much to choose from it can be difficult to decide what you fancy.
We thought we would help out by trying out one of Lanarkshire's latest offerings, The Hoggie Hut.
The new takeaway specialises in hoggies, a variation on the hoagie, comprising a fast-food treat of chips, sauce, salad and meat in a wrap.
Intrepid reporter Gregor Farquharson decided to take a visit to The Hoggie Hut to see how one is made and more importantly, how it tastes.
Gregor said: "On first bite, you can taste all the ingredients at once.
"The chili sauce works really well with the donner meat and chips, providing an added kick.
"The fresh salad really adds a nice crunch to the dish as well."
He added: "The portion was huge, a lot bigger than expected, so you really get great value for money.
"It's really worth a try, and with the restaurant being available for both walk-ins and delivery, it is definitely a worthy addition to Wishaw's takeaway options."
