Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was part of the team’s uniform reveal on Thursday. On Friday, he was in Norman, Oklahoma, where he was honored.
Oklahoma University added an unveiled a statue of Murray for the school’s Heisman Park, where all their previous Heisman Trophy winners are immortalized.
Murray won the Heisman in 2018 before he was selected first overall in the 2019 NFL draft by Arizona.
On Friday night, in an event before Oklahoma’s spring game, the statue was unveiled.

Murray is currently recovering from a torn right ACL and could miss the start of the next season for the Cardinals.
