NEW DELHI: Remember the Lucknow Super Giants fan who was seen jumping in joy braving a sea of Chennai Super Kings' yellow army around him in the stands at the MA Chidambaram Stadium to celebrate his team's victory last month?
Well, that fan is quite a rage on the internet now and LSG thanked him for the support by not only inviting him to Lucknow to watch an IPL match at the Ekana stadium but also arranging him to meet the team's captain KL Rahul.
LSG shared a heart-warming video on Friday of the fan, named Venkatesh Palanichamy, first talking about his experience of cheering during that match in Chennai, then coming to Lucknow and then finally meeting KL Rahul.
LSG is the only team to have defeated CSK in both their matches in this edition.
LSG are currently at the third spot in the points table with six victories and four defeats having 12 points.
LSG play their next match against Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday.
