Don’t panic: Kansas City Chiefs receiver Justyn Ross is back in camp and looks as impressive as ever.
After being carted off with an apparent leg injury during Tuesday’s training camp practice, Ross returned to the field Wednesday and seemed to be in good health.
It appears whatever Ross had Tuesday was minor because the 23-year-old looked great against cornerback Lamar Jackson (no, not that Lamar Jackson) in one-on-one drills:

As you can see from the video, Ross is moving and cutting well, and still using his 6-foot-4 frame to tower over opposing defenders to snag passes (this one was from Chiefs backup quarterback Blaine Gabbert).
Ross has had a lengthy history with injuries, missing all of last year due to a foot injury, but so far he has been able to stay healthy during camp this year. He also had an impressive outing in the Chiefs’ first preseason game, earning 29 yards and a touchdown on a pair of catches. Hopefully Ross can continue this health streak because the potential is limitless as he enters his first true NFL season.
