Before Cincinnati Reds Opening Day on Tuesday, everyone knew the Cincinnati Bengals would have Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase and Zac Taylor as featured guests with Burrow himself throwing out the first pitch.
Little did they know it would be just this wild.
While Cincinnati has a reputation as a baseball town, one wouldn’t know it with the way attendees reacted to the football stars and their presence.
Granted, some of the unpopular selling-oriented moves by the Reds in recent times haven’t exactly helped what is already a lopsided situation in the Cincinnati pro sports scene.
Still, the reaction to Burrow’s pitch and the general vibes speak to just how beloved the Bengals are in the city right now:
