Michigan State has opened the season with a win.
The Spartans overcame a sloppy start to pickup a 31-7 victory over Central Michigan on Friday night. Michigan State was led offensively by solid play from quarterback Noah Kim — who made his first career start — and running back Nathan Carter — who made his Michigan State debut.
