Saturday wasn’t all bad for Michigan State.
While the football team was embarrassed by their in-state rival, the basketball team looked rather impressive in their Green-and-White scrimmage at the Breslin Center. There weren’t any notable stats or figures for fans to digest, but visually the team looks pretty darn good as we all expected.
Michigan State enters the year as one of the contenders to win the national championship and is ranked No. 4 in the preseason Associated Press (AP) Top 25 poll. Michigan State has a pair of exhibition matchups this week against Hillsdale College and Tennessee.
