Storm Eunice has arrived in Dublin and the conditions are certainly unsettled.
Dublin Live's roving reporter Robbie Kane braved the elements at Howth Harbour as waves smashed over the pier.
The floods of water "absolutely soaked" our reporter and onlookers watching the storm. Follow live Storm Eunice updates here.
In the dramatic video, Robbie can be heard describing the situation as he gets soaked by a massive flood of water.
He said: "I am absolutely soaking but that is all part of it. Storm Eunice has come in over the last 20 minutes.
"We are all after getting soaked. It is very dramatic this morning. As you can see, the tide is coming over the wall and landing on the tarmacadam where most of the deliveries come up."
One onlooker told Dublin Live: "I am good but it is miserable day today here in Howth outside Aqua.
Another said: "I am extremely wet. It is the first time I am seeing this. It is dramatic."
