Draymond Green is one of the most outspoken players in the NBA. The Golden State Warriors veteran speaks his mind and is often quite humorous in his interactions. Of course, he can also be incredibly competitive and combative when he’s in the heat of a game or defending one of his teammates.
As such, it was very interesting to see that he had been mic’d up for the Warriors 110-99 victory over the New York Knicks on Thursday (Feb. 29.) A video of Green’s interactions and on-court leadership was then posted to social media, with the clip being over two minutes long.
During the footage, you can see Green embracing some of the celebrities in the crowd and how he approaches the game in terms of guiding his teammates and barking out defensive coverages.
Dray was mic’d up for the Knicks game and he, unsurprisingly, gave us easily the best mic’d up we’ve gotten from a player in a long time.
