WATCH: David Njoku opens up on trying to get himself traded

Making an appearance with Buffalo Bills defensive end Von Miller on radio row at the Super Bowl, tight end David Njoku opens up on trying to get himself traded from the Cleveland Browns. He describes it as a “roller coaster” as the Browns would not agree to deal him after the signing of Austin Hooper.

Miller responds:

“I wouldn’t trade you either… you are fast, you are strong, you can jump. There is no safety who can cover you one-on-one, no linebacker that can cover you one-on-one, you can block. You do everything.”

Needless to say, this situation worked out well for both Njoku and the Browns now almost three years later.
