Davante Adams may be missing his friend Derek Carr in the locker room, but it isn’t stopping him from doing his thing on the field. As the first half came to a close, new Raiders starting QB Jarrett Stidham threw for Adams in the left side of the end zone and Adams made another of his absolutely ridiculous catches for the score.
The catch put the Raiders up 17-14 at the half, which is no small feat against the best defense in the league.
It was Adams’s 13th catch on the season, which moved him into a tie with Cliff Branch (1974) for the third most touchdowns in a season in Raiders franchise history.
Adams has caught all three passes his way in this game for 36 yards. That puts him at 1326 on the season, moving him to fifth in Raiders history for receiving yards in a season.
Meanwhile Jarrett Stidham is 11 of 14 for 145 yards with two passing touchdowns and has added 31 rushing yards as well.
