Indianapolis Colts rookie defensive end Laiatu Latu sacked Jets’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers for his third sack of the season.
With the Jets facing a 3rd-and-2 from their own 30-yard line, Rodgers dropped back and looked to his right, trying to get the ball to Davante Adams but with Kenny Moore tight in coverage, Rodgers had to pump fake, allowing Latu to get home.
Latu beat right tackle Olu Fashanu on the play. Fashanu was the 11th overall pick in this past April’s draft.

As already mentioned, that was Latu’s third sack and he entered the game with 24 pressures, which ranks 37th among defensive ends, and he ranks 42nd in win rate.
The Colts defense is continuing to play well against the Jets, who have been unable to pick up a first down on their first three possessions.
After those three possessions, Breece Hall is averaging just 3.5 yards per rush, while Rodgers is 1-for-4 passing for two yards.
