The Kansas City Chiefs are known for their high-octane offense, and if the highlights coming out of the team’s training camp are any indication, fans can expect more high-scoring action from the unit in 2023.
Their latest highlight came courtesy of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who found rookie receiver Rashee Rice for a deep completion at Tuesday’s practice session despite facing significant pressure in the pocket. Kansas City Sports Network got a great video of the MVP’s pretty pass and posted footage of the impressive rep to Twitter during the Chiefs’ workouts.

Mahomes’ growing chemistry with Rice has been one of the most followed storylines since training camp opened in late July, and the bond forming between the quarterback and receiver is undeniable. Rice looks poised for an excellent rookie campaign, and if he can stay healthy, could be in contention for post-season awards if his connection with Mahomes continues to develop during the regular season.
