With his team trailing 22-7, Washington Commanders quarterback Carson Wentz got the ball back after another defensive stand.
How did Wentz respond?
By leading a seven-play, 94-yard drive that took up only four minutes and 20 seconds of game time, that ended with a 20-yard touchdown pass to tight end Logan Thomas.
Down nine points, Washington head coach Ron Rivera went for the two-point conversion, and Wentz found rookie wide receiver Jahan Dotson to make it a 22-15 game.

After a terrible first half, offensive coordinator Scott Turner has made some adjustments in the second half to make this a ballgame. Turner has wisely found ways to get the ball in the hands of three playmaking wideouts in Terry McLaurin, Curtis Samuel and Dotson.
Unfortunately for the Commanders, their defense allowed another embarrassing touchdown shortly after Thomas’s score.
