Rangers fans pulled out all the stops for their clash with Celtic as a plane flew overhead with a banner demanding manager Gio van Bronckhorst "bring home 56."
The two Glasgow sides met in a huge Premiership meeting that could decide the fate of this season's title.
The visitors were hoping to go six points clear while Rangers were looking to go level on points.
The atmosphere was at fever pitch with the home support creating a thunderous atmosphere for the top of the table clash.
And a banner even flew overhead with the message: "Bring home 56 GVB WATP."
It comes a little over a year after a similar incident at Tannadice last season.
Rangers fans, who clinched their 55th league title against Dundee United, goaded their rivals with a banner reading "can you see us now? 55 titles"
Fans who flew the banner at Ibrox this time were celebrating after just two minutes when Aaron Ramsey opened the scoring.
But Celtic soon equalised through Tom Rogic and led 2-1 at the half-time break when Cameron Carter-Vickers struck.
