Watch as former Rangers hero seen celebrating wildly as Celtic put to sword

Kyle Lafferty celebrates with Rangers fans (Image: @trueblues1872)

Rangers fans certainly enjoyed the emphatic win over Celtic on Sunday, and it turns out a former player was among them.

We've already seen that Steven Gerrard was present at Ibrox to see his old club turn their rivals over in style - a Dan Neil double and one from Kevin Kelsy giving them a 3-0 win.

Celtic struggled to cope and were lucky not to concede more - with captain Callum McGregor seen telling teammates "no more goals" after the third went in.

Now, video has emerged showing former Rangers striker Kyle Lafferty in the stands.

It is not known which goal he is seen celebrating, but he is clearly delighted and he has his arm round one pal while high-fiving another.

Lafferty then gives it a double fist pump before clapping as the celebrations continue.

It will be a different story this weekend as Derek McInnes' side head to Parkhead without any of their own fans, and the manager will be looking to ensure they repeat the performance regardless.

Meanwhile, Rangers players Liam Kelly and Findlay Curtis have been called up to Sebastien Pocognoli's first Scotland squad, with the in-form James Penrice left out.
