Gabriel Jesus has not taken kindly to being labelled a ‘Judas’ by a Manchester City supporter during Arsenal’s defeat.
Jesus was back at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday, though remained an unused substitute as the Gunners were beaten 2-1 in the meeting between the two Premier League title rivals.
With so much at stake for both teams, tensions ran high throughout as proven when Gabriel and Erling Haaland went face-to-face during the second half.
On the sidelines, meanwhile, Jesus got dragged into a verbal altercation with a Man City fan as he warmed up.
Clearly still harbouring ill-will towards the Brazilian following his move to Arsenal from City in the summer of 2022, the fan in question accused Jesus of betraying his former club.
Jesus, though, snapped back and politely reminded the Man City supporter that he won several major titles during his time at the Etihad Stadium.

Jesus is still waiting to win his first major title with Arsenal and hopes of adding another Premier League crown to his trophy cabinet took a hit after defeat to Man City.
The Gunners remain top but their lead has been cut to three points and they have played a game more than Pep Guardiola’s side.
However, Jesus and his Arsenal team-mates are now "more convinced" they can win the Premier League title despite Sunday’s setback, according to Mikel Arteta.
"I believe today, I believed on Wednesday, a week ago because I see them every day and I know the level that we have," Arteta said.
"But today if [the players] need to be more convinced, I think they are now more convinced. They were talking about it in the dressing room.
"It's a new league now. They have a game in hand. We have three points of advantage and five games to play. So everything is still to play for.
"We're not going to stop and we're going to go again, that's for sure."
