AN ARMENIA player was fortunate to avoid dsiciplinary action during his country's Nations League fixture against Scotland after he threw a bottle of water at an assistant referee.
Anthony Ralston marked his first international start with a goal around the half-hour mark before Nottingham Forest defender Scott McKenna made it 2-0 as he headed home John McGinn's corner.
McKenna had the ball in the net for the third time shortly before the break before the goal was chopped off by VAR for offside.
The goal was awarded before the video referee overturned the decision and one Armenian let his frustration get the better of him.
In the footage below, a player - believed to be left-back Arman Hovhannisyan - can be seen picking up a bottle and launching it in the direction of the linesman.

The officials failed to notice the incident but Scotland midfielder McGinn can be seen gesturing to the referee as he attempted to draw his attention towards his opponent.
