Indianapolis Colts rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson was among a handful of 2023 NFL draft prospects to join “The Shop UNINTERRUPTED” special episode highlighting some of the biggest names from the draft.
The episode was recorded before the draft so there aren’t any references to the Colts, but this is another example of how easily Richardson’s humility and high character come across.
Joining the show around the 27-minute mark, Richardson spoke with former NFL wide receiver Torrey Smith about the role of leadership from the quarterback position and being an example of authenticity for his new teammates.
Richardson also talks about his “welcome to college football” moment that included an interception on his first career pass attempt and a fumble on his first rushing attempt.
Also included in the episode are Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson, Arizona Cardinals offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr., Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. and quarterback C.J. Stroud, and Detroit Lions safety Brian Branch.
