Ange Postecoglou officially took over the reins at Tottenham over the weekend on July 1.
And he's wasted little time in getting down to work at his new club.
The former Celtic boss has been pictured putting his new Spurs players through their paces upon the start of their pre-season training schedule.
The Australian could be seen talking to his players in the group setting on the training pitch.

While a short clip shared on Spurs' social media accounts also saw the 57-year-old pacing around the outside of the field, taking various notes and passing on his words of instruction and encouragement.
Hugo Lloris, Pedro Porro, Tanguy Ndombele and Giovanni Lo Celso were also seen in the video, as they returned immediately for pre-season.
Although, the club's international stars, such as Harry Kane, have been allowed some extra time off to recover ahead of their return. The striker's future will be one of the main talking points this summer, with strong interest from Bayern Munich in the England captain.
Postecoglou's new coaching staff were also caught on camera, including Ryan Mason, Chris Davies, and Mile Jedinak.
Postecoglou was keen to reunite with John Kennedy and Gavin Strachan in North London, however, Brendan Rodgers managed to retain their services upon his arrival in Glasgow's east end.
It comes as Postecoglou continued to start his Tottenham tenure in popular fashion by banning a disliked tactic of the Antonio Conte era.
Conte proved to be a divisive figure during his time in North London, with his time in charge never really taking off the ground.
But it's former Celtic boss Postecoglou who is in charge of the club now, and he's already making his mark.
As well as personal phone calls to players before meeting them, he's made another move to get them on side.
The Daily Mail states that Postecoglou has removed Conte's controversial decision to forego schedules and set a training time for the following day.
The report says this move has been warmly welcomed by the players at the club, as they all aim to move forward ahead of another Premier League season in August.
