NEW DELHI: After being acquitted by the Patan High Court in a rape case, Nepal's star spinner Sandeep Lamichhane expressed his relief, stating that from the beginning, he was confident in his innocence.

He expressed gratitude to everyone who supported him throughout the ordeal and pledged to give his best for his country in the sport in the upcoming years.
