Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded introduces a significant midseason update, highlighted by the return of Champion’s Quest, a refreshed Rebirth Island, and two limited-time modes.
Here’s everything coming to Warzone Season 4 Reloaded.

Champion’s Quest returns
Champion’s Quest is back in Warzone with a completely reworked objective chain that turns every match into a high-stakes event. To unlock access, you must either win five consecutive Core Battle Royale matches or earn 30 Battle Royale victories during a single season.
Once eligible, squads can secure a designated briefcase to activate the Champion’s Contract. From there, they must complete a series of randomized objectives across the map, including transporting a radioactive isotope, recovering a valuable hard drive, and escorting a missile transport vehicle.
Rival squads can intercept carriers, steal quest items, and disrupt progress. A new Golden Ticket mechanic also allows enemy teams to extract stolen objectives and earn progress toward their own Champion’s Quest token. Combined with randomized locations and public events, no two runs will play out the same way.
Champion’s Quest rewards
Players who successfully complete Champion’s Quest multiple times can unlock exclusive cosmetics and rewards:
- 1 win: “Containment Crew — Alpha” weapon camo, “Axia Animated Grimm” operator skin
- 2 wins: “Darkly Dreaming” animated calling card
- 3 wins: “Nuke Core” animated emblem
- 4 wins: “Death Filter” spray
- 5 wins: “Containment Crew — Omega” weapon camo
- 6 wins: “Gamma Stick” Flatline MK.II melee weapon blueprint
- 7 wins: “Critical Mess” finishing move
- 8 wins: “Axia’s Wrath — Alpha” animated weapon camo
- 9 wins: “Ion the Ball” emote
- 10 wins: “Axia’s Wrath — Omega” animated weapon camo
Players who successfully defuse an armed nuke will also receive a special animated calling card commemorating the feat.
Season 4 Reloaded adds another route to earning a Champion’s Quest Contract through a new public event. During select matches, an incoming airdrop may appear. The first squad to secure it receives a unique mission, and completing all objectives before the match ends grants a Champion’s Quest Contract for the entire squad.
Rebirth Island summer update
Warzone‘s Rebirth Island is shedding its winter look as warmer weather arrives. The snow-covered landscape introduced earlier in the year has largely disappeared, bringing back a greener version of the map.
While the visuals have changed, gameplay additions from Season 2 remain in place, including the Turbine point of interest north of Prison and the Outpost east of Stronghold, along with other map adjustments introduced during the winter update.
Squad Gun Game and Buy Back Quads modes
Squad Gun Game arrives as a Resurgence experience featuring 30 players split into 10 squads of three. The mode rotates between Rebirth Island, Haven’s Hollow, and Fortune’s Keep.
Every elimination earns a point for your squad, and reaching five eliminations advances the team to the next weapon tier. The first squad to cycle through all ten weapons wins the match.
Meanwhile, Buy Back Quads returns as a limited-time Battle Royale mode supporting up to 152 players, running from July 9 to 13. The mode revolves around cash management.
Eliminated operators who have at least $4,000 available automatically redeploy. Teams that consistently build and protect their economy will have the best chance of surviving into the final circles and securing a victory.
New weapons and attachments in BO7 Warzone Season 4 Reloaded
The AN-94 leads the weapon lineup arriving in Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 4 Reloaded. Making its return from Black Ops 4, the AR features its signature hyperburst mechanic, firing the first two rounds at an extremely fast rate before settling into a normal firing pattern. You can also unlock the Executioner’s Duet, a dual-axe melee weapon.
Season 4 Reloaded also introduces three new weapon attachments through Weekly Challenges:
- XR-3 Ion Vulcan Minigun – A side-mounted foregrip that tightens hip-fire spread, improves aiming movement speed, and enhances overall control. Equipping it blocks optic attachments.
- DS20 Mirage Dual Fire Kit – Replaces traditional ADS with powerful slug rounds, improving hip-fire accuracy at the expense of some mobility. Optics cannot be equipped while using this attachment.
- Velox 5.7 Carbine Chassis – Converts the Velox 5.7 pistol into a fully automatic weapon with increased effective range. In exchange, handling is reduced, but you gain access to stock and underbarrel options.
Events in BO7 Warzone Season 4 Reloaded
Several limited-time events will run throughout Season 4 Reloaded, offering exclusive rewards across Warzone, BO7 Multiplayer, Zombies, and Endgame.
The Nick Cage Event Pass features rewards such as the new Nick Cage operator, AN-94, and Executioner’s Duet. Meanwhile, Summer of Action introduces a daily login event where players can earn rewards simply by signing in. Available rewards include Battle Pass Tier Skips, Double XP Tokens, the “Catharsis” X9 Maverick weapon blueprint, and other bonuses.
