The Golden State Warriors suffered another demoralizing road loss on Friday night in Atlanta, extending the team’s losing streak away from home to 10 games, as the Hawks finished the game on a 7-0 run to win 127-119.
Turnovers doomed the Warriors. Golden State finished with 17 as a team, including two in quick succession at a key point in the fourth quarter when the Warriors trailed by only three.
Steve Kerr said afterward that he believes “something good is going to happen” with his Warriors team moving forward, but this veteran group needs to figure something out on the fly, and quickly.
Friday’s loss dropped the Warriors into the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference, and of the Warriors’ 11 remaining regular-season games, six will be on the road.

Ten consecutive road losses for the Warriors – this time 127-119 to the Hawks. This matcheS their longest road losing streak under Steve Kerr. The other time was in 2019-20, when they finished with the worst record in the NBA.
