Several supermarkets have issued recalls for popular products due to worries over safety. Food has been pulled from the shelves at Tesco, M&S and Aldi due to labelling errors.
It relates to potential allergens not being made clear on the labels of the products. People with allergies are urged not to eat the foods and return them for a refund, reports the Liverpool ECHO.
When a product is recalled, for any reason, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves. No receipt is needed for a refund.
