A mum has issued a warning to anyone with an air fryer after noticing a 'plastic smell' while cooking bacon.
Rebecca Sim, 52, bought a Tower device last year for her daughter while she was studying at a university in Liverpool.
But after switching on the air fryer to cook a piece of bacon, Rebecca noticed a flame and plastic smell. According to the retired school teacher, an 'inferno' quickly ensued.
