Warnings have been issued to travellers planning holidays to a number of popular European destinations.

2023 is expected to be the most popular for holidaymakers in years as the UK has scrapped the majority of its coronavirus travel restrictions. The country's remaining travel restrictions apply to travellers arriving from China.

The February half term is coming to an end in Liverpool, which means many families will be plotting their next break. However, holidaymakers should be wary about a number of other issues that could disrupt any future trips.
