Warning for anyone who uses Tesco Clubcard as popular feature about to be axed

Tesco Clubcard customers are being urged to download a new app as the way the the loyalty scheme works on your mobile is set to drastically change.

The loyalty programme can drastically reduce the cost of your shopping with exclusive discounts only available to customers with a Clubcard account. But the way it works is set to change.

The supermarket giant is shutting down two of its apps which Clubcard holders use later this year. The MEN reports that the Pay+ app will cease to exist from February 27. The Clubcard app is also set to be scrapped but no date for this has been confirmed yet.
