Wallabies lock Philip returning home, joins Waratahs

Hard-working World Cup lock Matt Philip is headed back to Australian rugby from Japan in July, making the NSW Waratahs his third Super Rugby team.

The 31-year-old veteran of 31 Tests becomes the latest in a string of players to commit to play onshore until at least the home Rugby World Cup in 2027.
