Returning Leeds United loanee Dan James is good enough to earn a stay in the Premier League next season and a move away from Elland Road.
That is according to Wales boss Rob Page, who believes the 25-year-old Welsh international still has plenty to offer in the top flight, despite the Whites' relegation to the Championship.
James spent last season on loan at Fulham, but largely flattered to deceive. Nonetheless, he is seen as a potential asset for Leeds in the Championship given his form in the division with Swansea City convinced Manchester United to sign him back in the summer of 2019.
However, despite largely struggling for consistent runs of form during his Premier League spells with the Red Devils, Leeds and Fulham, Page feels his attributes still make him attractive to potential Premier League suitors.

"I do think DJ (James) is a Premier League player," Page told BBC Sport.
"If I'm a Premier League manager and I find out he's available, personally I'd take him. I'm bound to say that because I'm his Welsh manager, but for me he always poses a threat.
"He still has things to work on, but with the pace he's got it is a brave team that plays a high line against him. I think he could easily play in the Premier League again."
Page also said that he will use James in his natural position as a winger going forward for Wales, having previously played the 25-year-old in a more central role for his country.
"It was a frustrating few months for him when I played him at centre-forward with Gareth [Bale]," Page added.
"Now we've changed and he is back out in his natural position. He likes playing wide left and the way we play now, that suits us because he gives us the width on the left.
"He's that option in behind and when you've got a tool like that in your armoury, it really is effective. At the top level in the Premier League, and at international level, he poses a threat."
