WA woman's hospital death investigated

Independent experts will investigate the death of a woman who suffered a heart attack after waiting for care at a regional West Australian hospital.

The woman, believed to be in her 70s, died on Tuesday after being taken by ambulance to the Busselton Health Campus emergency department.
