WA warned to prepare for heatwave conditions

People in parts of Western Australia have been warned to prepare for extreme and severe heatwave conditions.

The Bureau of Meteorology alert issued on Thursday forecast sizzling temperatures in the high-30s to mid-40s in the Kimberley, Pilbara and Goldfields regions.
