VVS Laxman likely to be in-charge for Australia T20I series post World Cup

NEW DELHI: VVS Laxman, the head of the National Cricket Academy, may take charge of the Indian team for the upcoming five-match T20I series against Australia which starts soon after the conclusion of the ongoing ODI World Cup.

With Rahul Dravid's current contract is set to expire at the conclusion of the World Cup, the BCCI has the option to invite him to reapply for the role as per the standard procedure.
