
A senior human rights official has highlighted the "difficult" nature of a recent ruling that allowed an Albanian criminal to remain in the UK, partly due to his son's aversion to foreign chicken nuggets, emphasising the case's focus on "a particularly vulnerable child".
The decision centres on the rights of Klevis Disha’s 11-year-old son and the potential impact of separation from his father, according to Mary-Ann Stephenson, chairwoman of the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).
