I love my job, and I’ve worked hard to build a career that fulfils me. But sometimes, it feels like no matter what I do, I’m letting someone down – especially my children. Recently, I missed a school assembly because of an important work commitment and one of my kids was really upset. Seeing her disappointment broke my heart.
