Voi e-scooter rider breaks bone in crash with car

Avon and Somerset Police has launched an appeal after a Voi e-scooter rider reported a broken bone in a collision with a car. Police are asking any witnesses to come forward, and also anyone that may have dashcam footage of the incident.

The collision happened on Monday, July 11, in the early morning. The incident occurred at around 6.50am.

It happened at the junction of Clarence Road and Bedminster Bridge. After the collision, a passer-by came to the e-scooter rider's aid.

The Voi e-scooter rider has reported suffering a broken wrist as a result of the collision with a car. The driver of a silver Nissan Note has been traced.

Avon and Somerset Police are seeking any witnesses or those with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward. If you can support the police with their enquiries, you can call 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5222169227.
